Our internal legal and financial teams assess the merits of prospective investments. The due diligence process includes an independent review by outside counsel to Juris Capital, chosen from among the nationally recognized law firms with whom we maintain relationships.

We acquire a financial interest in contingent litigation proceeds. We do not participate in the prosecution or settlement of litigation, nor do we acquire any client rights. Our investments are customized to meet the particular needs of the litigation and the parties. The illustrations below highlight common features of our commercial litigation and law firm investment structures.
